A simple way to build independence, create calmer routines, and bring more te reo Māori into everyday life.
The Paki Routine Board is a beautiful wooden routine system designed to help tamariki understand what comes next, take responsibility for everyday tasks, and build independence, while giving whānau an easy, practical way to use te reo Māori at home.
Designed for everyday whānau life, the Paki Board can help make mornings smoother, evenings calmer and routines more consistent.
Beautiful enough to leave out and fun enough to use.
We wanted to create a routine board that didn't feel like another piece of clutter.
The Paki Board is made from beautiful pine and designed to fit naturally into your home. It’s something you'd be proud to leave out on the bench, rather than tuck away in the toy bin.
And it's not just beautiful to look at. It's designed to make completing routines feel satisfying, too.
As your tamaiti completes each task, they simply flip the lid down with a satisfying little paki (clap) to reveal the beautiful star on top.
The task disappears, and the little win is revealed.
Instead of a whiteboard covered in ticks, scribbles and yesterday's unfinished jobs, the Paki Board keeps things simple by making the old tasks disappear and leaving only what's still to do.
Less visual clutter and less information competing for your child's attention, making for easier daily
Perfect for:

So instead of simply learning that ‘niho’ means teeth, you'll have practical reo Māori sentences and waiata that you can actually use while brushing your tamaiti’s niho.
The goal is more reo Māori, more often, and in the everyday moments that already happen at home.
